Shipping and Delivery

All of our stock orders are dispatched by Royal Mail.
See below for a summary of delivery charges on stock orders.

Store Opening

The Store is open from 10am to 4pm on Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 2pm on Sundays.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery in its unworn, unused condition and original packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.    Please note any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns of any personalised or customised products, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
You can return an item by post or in-store.

 
To return an item by Post
Please ensure the item is suitably wrapped and you enclose your returns receipt in the parcel.   If you do not have this then please provide customer order details and reason for return on a letter for identification purposes.

 For your protection we recommend goods are returned using a recorded delivery service as Lancashire Cricket cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Please allow up to 14 working days for this return to be processed.

Exchanges

Please note that we will not be able to exchange an item purchased online. Customers can obtain a replacement item quicker by placing a new order and returning the original item/order for a full refund.

In exceptional circumstances where a faulty or incorrect item is received then we will exchange this for you. (subject to stock and availability)
