You may return any item within 14 days of delivery in its unworn, unused condition and original packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns of any personalised or customised products, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Please note that we will not be able to exchange an item purchased online, unless the customer visits the store and requests this. Customers can obtain a replacement item quicker by placing a new order and returning the original item/order for a full refund.
