Returns and exchanges

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery in its unworn, unused condition and original packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.    Please note any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

We are unable to accept returns of any personalised or customised products, except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

How do I return an Item?

You can return an item by post or in-store.

By Post

Please ensure the item is suitably wrapped and you enclose your returns receipt in the parcel.   If you do not have this then please provide customer order details and reason for return on a letter for identification purposes.

For your protection we recommend goods are returned using a recorded delivery service as Lancashire Cricket cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Please allow up to ten working days for this return to be processed.

In Store

Take your item to the Lancashire Cricket Emirates Old Trafford store together with the delivery note / confirmation email and tell the sales assistant that you purchased online.

Exchanges

Please note that we will not be able to exchange an item purchased online. Customers can obtain a replacement item quicker by placing a new order and returning the original item/order for a full refund.

In exceptional circumstances where a faulty or incorrect item is received then we will exchange this for you. (subject to stock and availabilty)

 

Extended Christmas Returns

Purchases made between 1st November 2018 and 24th December 2018 may be returned for exchange or refund until Saturday 12th January 2019. Usual exclusions apply.
